Squirrels Class Traffic Survey

As part of 'Outdoor Learning Week' Squirrels Class conducted a traffic survey.

Squirrels Class learnt about collecting data.  They completed a tally chart in class and then put this to use outdoors to complete a traffic survey.  They created tally charts to record the types of vehicles that travelled past school. Squirrels then analysed their tally charts to find out what the data revealed. They discovered that cars were the most frequent type of vehicle to pass the school gates, followed by vans and then buses.  No motorbikes, lorries or bicycles passed by during the survey.
