Children In Need and International Day Of Tolerance - Key Stage 1
We have had such a great day today. Our School Ambassadors met to decide what we should do for Children In Need. They opted for dressing up in PJs/Pudsey clothes/non-uniform for £2 donations. We had face painting and tattoos in class. We had some time outdoor on bikes, scooters and roller skates. That was so enjoyable! We also brought in 'unwanted' teddies to sell/buy. In assembly we learnt about Tolerance as 16th November is International Day of Tolerance. We spoke about the meaning of tolerance and agreed that although we may be different, we can still be friends. Kindness matters!
