Not only that, April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day.  This is an annual event which aims to create awareness about what Autism is, as well as how those with Autism can be supported and included.  In Key Stage 1, we have been learning that Autism cannot be 'seen' as it is a way of thinking differently.  This led to some great discussions about how it is OK to be different and that we are all unique.
